The right hearing care at the right time is important. But getting to the clinic may sometimes be a challenge due to your location, mobility, or work and family responsibilities. Or things may be progressing well, but you'd still like the reassurance of knowing your clinician is monitoring you or your child and providing care when it's needed. With Remote Care, you can access care without a visit to the clinic - from home, at work, or when you're away.

Remote Care for Nucleus Sound Processors

Remote Care for Nucleus Sound Processors

Remote Care offers two ways to connect with your clinician when it’s convenient for you. You can use Remote Check to complete a hearing review through the Nucleus Smart App, or Remote Assist to have a video appointment with your clinician.

Once your clinician enrols you in Remote Care, our Getting Started Guide will help you prepare for using Remote Care.


Remote Care for Nucleus Sound Processors

Remote Care offers two ways to connect with your clinician when it’s convenient for you. You can use Remote Check to complete a hearing review through the Nucleus Smart App, or Remote Assist to have a video appointment with your clinician.

Your clinician can enrol you in Remote Care if you have a Nucleus 8, Nucleus 7, or Kanso 2 Sound Processor. You will also need a compatible smartphone* and an account in the Nucleus Smart App.
